About me
In an age shaped by AI, I believe our greatest advantage remains distinctly human: our capacity to access higher intelligence, creativity, and meaning.
My work is devoted to helping individuals, teams, and communities reconnect to those capacities—and translate them into thoughtful leadership and meaningful change.
For the past fifteen years, I’ve worked at the intersection of leadership development, community building, and spiritual life. I focus on reimagining and strengthening the ecosystems that allow people to feel inspired, resourced, and deeply connected—to themselves, to one another, and to their own creative and spiritual source.
Over the years, I’ve served as a founder and CEO, a senior leadership team member, consultant, coach, researcher, facilitator, and advisor. I’ve worked across a wide range of institutions—including local government in Chicago and New York City, technology start-ups, and both large and small nonprofits focused on urban policy, Jewish education, and community building.
This breadth of experience gives me a unique vantage point into how organizations and systems actually function—from the inside and across entire fields—and allows me to support clients with both strategic clarity and lived, practical insight.
I hold a MPA in Public Policy & Non-Profit Management and a MA in Judaic Studies, both from NYU. I am an experienced coach and certified experiential educator, and I am currently pursuing certification in Thomas Hübl’s Timeless Wisdom Training, a multi-year program integrating trauma-informed practice, contemplative insight, and systems thinking.
