Where should we begin?
1:1 Leadership Coaching
I help leaders tune into their deeper intelligence—the place where clarity, courage, and creativity converge. I rely on deep inquiry, mindful and somatic practices and guided visualizations to help you unlock your own answers. This integrated coaching approach radiates through every area of life, strengthening not only how you lead, but how you live.
Strategic Consulting
I help teams and institutions navigate moments of transition—bringing management, culture, and stakeholder alignment into sharper focus and surfacing patterns, opportunities, and blind spots. Through a relational and values-driven approach, I guide leaders, boards, and philanthropists from uncertainty to coherence, and from reactive mode to purposeful, high-impact action.
Spiritual & Communal Eco-system Building
I partner with movements, field-builders, artists, and entrepreneurs to strengthen the ecosystems that sustain communal and spiritual life. Through field mapping, research, design, pilot innovation and cross-sector insight, I help teams see the larger landscape, surface new possibilities, and build communities and relationships that are more resilient, connected, and creatively resourced.
Sacred Space
Sacred Space is a bespoke ritual experience for turning points—welcoming, grieving, releasing, or stepping into the unknown. Drawing on deep facilitation expertise and experiential design, I help you clarify your intention and co-create a meaningful, embodied experience that honors your story. In a life that moves so quickly, slowing down to honor life's thresholds, provides us a deeper sense of vitality and agency in our lives.
A few questions, answered

I work with leaders who care about inner alignment as much as external impact—people who want to lead with clarity, presence, and purpose. My clients are executives, founders, rabbis, educators, artists, and emerging visionaries navigating growth, transition, or the desire to lead more authentically. They tend to be people who feel the weight of responsibility and the pull toward deeper meaning—and who are ready to explore both.
As a wife and mother, I get the reality of leading while parenting—and I help clients navigate that terrain with honesty and intention. I also work with rising and established leaders seeking renewed clarity, confidence, or direction. -
I mostly work with clients on 3-6 month bi-weekly contracts during periods of change and transition. I periodically meet with clients for a one-off coaching session when they have a particular or timely question, challenge, or opportunity they are navigating.

My expertise lies in guiding organizations through inflection points—periods of growth, recalibration, or re-visioning. I bring a blend of management support, team-culture strengthening, strategic planning, board and stakeholder alignment, and change management to help institutions clarify direction and build the conditions for effective execution.
Too often, great ideas never take root not because the strategy is flawed, but because the culture, dynamics, or structures around them are unconsciously inhibiting their ability to work. I help teams surface those unseen barriers, strengthen the ecosystem around the work, and create the alignment needed for the greatest potential to actually be realized.

I’ve worked across a wide range of institutions—including local government in Chicago and New York City, technology start-ups, and both large and small nonprofits focused on urban policy, Jewish education, and community building. Over the years I’ve served as a founder and CEO, a senior leadership team member, an individual contributor, consultant, researcher, facilitator, and advisor. This breadth of experience gives me a unique vantage point into how institutions actually function—from the inside and across entire fields—and allows me to support clients with both strategic clarity and lived, practical insight.

Spiritual and communal ecosystem building is the work of strengthening the networks, relationships, and structures that allow communities—and the people within them—to thrive. I partner with movements, field-builders, artists, entrepreneurs, and institutions to map the landscape, surface needs and opportunities, and design more connected, resourced, and generative systems.
This work can take many forms: convenings that spark new relationships, research and field-mapping that clarifies the bigger picture, relational infrastructure that strengthens collaboration, creative cross-sector partnerships, and long-term strategy that helps a field grow with integrity, imagination, and coherence.

I focus on this work because revitalizing our spiritual and communal ecosystems is essential in a time of accelerating change and profound disconnection. Transformation doesn’t happen in isolation; it emerges through relationship. When we tend to the structures, culture, and connections that hold a field together, we open the door to collective wisdom and purposeful, aligned action.
I also believe we’re held within an invisible network of relationship and higher knowing that is always available to us—if we know how to access it. When leaders root into that deeper source, creativity expands, clarity sharpens, and generative change becomes possible.
Ultimately, I feel called to this work because the divine—however we each understand it—is one of our most powerful technologies for collective healing and transformation. Strengthening these ecosystems is how we help people, communities, and fields thrive.

A sacred experience is a custom-designed ritual or gathering that marks a meaningful threshold in someone’s life—an arrival, a loss, a beginning, a letting-go, or a moment of stepping into the unknown. I work with clients to clarify their intention and design a container that truly honors it. Over the years, I’ve created and facilitated weddings, blessing circles, grief gatherings, remission celebrations, naming ceremonies, and many moments in between.
This offering can be as simple as a single consultation or as immersive as a fully facilitated ritual or experience. There is a wide spectrum of possibility, and we won’t know exactly what it wants to become until we speak.

No. My own faith tradition in Judaism, but you do not need to be Jewish, or have any particular religion or spiritual practice to engage. I most naturally incorporate Jewish teachings, but all of universal nature. I also draw on my experiences from Buddhist teachings, as well as other ancient wisdom traditions. Mostly, I draw on lived experiences encountering the Divine.

I typically create a project fee based on an agreed upon scope and timeline, instead of billing hourly. Depending on the complexity and nature of the work, an hourly rate could range from $400-$1,000.
I approach each engagement collaboratively and am always open to a conversation about fit, including financial realities and constraints. For projects I feel deeply aligned with, I occasionally offer sliding-scale or pro bono work. If you think we may be a good match, I welcome the opportunity to talk.
