I am glad you’re here. Let’s begin.
It’s no accident my name is Faith.
I work with leaders, organizations, and fields navigating complexity, transition, and questions that do not have obvious answers. My approach combines deep listening, research, facilitation, intuition, and pattern recognition, along with a particular ability to give clear language to what others sense but have not yet been able to articulate. I help people understand the system they are in, surface assumptions and unseen dynamics, and identify where there is real energy for change.
I believe meaningful strategy is rarely created through analysis alone. It also depends on relationships, curiosity, experimentation, and the willingness to stay open long enough to discover something you could not have planned in advance. I help people create the conditions for that kind of work—where rigorous thinking and relational intelligence inform one another, and where creativity, risk, and even play have a place.
Across my work in emergent strategy, ecosystem building, and immersive experience design, I help people see more clearly, communicate more honestly, and move toward what is possible with greater intention and agency.
At a time when so much feels unmoored or beyond our control, a sense of agency can be profoundly grounding. Naming where we have choice—and what we might still create together—opens space for possibility, imagination, and hope.
