It’s no accident my name is Faith.

Leaders often come to me believing they have a problem to solve—a strategic impasse, a stuck team, a moment of transition. What we usually uncover is something more consequential: untapped capacity, misaligned assumptions, or possibility obscured by speed and inherited patterns. At the heart of this work is reconnecting people to their deeper intelligence—the source of discernment, creativity, and purpose that many experience as intuition, calling, or something sacred.

In an age defined by rapid change, I believe our greatest advantage remains distinctly human: our capacity for higher intelligence, relational depth, and meaning-making. Across my work runs a consistent thread—helping leaders reconnect to themselves, to one another, and to the deeper sources of wisdom that guide their work.

I integrate leadership coaching, strategic advising, and spiritual and communal ecosystem design to help leaders and organizations slow down, see clearly, and design the relationships, cultures, and strategies that allow transformation to emerge and endure.
