It’s no accident my name is Faith.

I work with leaders, organizations, and fields navigating complexity, transition, and questions that don’t have obvious answers. I have a particular ability to see what is happening beneath the surface—to notice patterns, dynamics, and possibilities that others sense but haven’t yet been able to name.

My work is about creating the conditions for something new to emerge. Sometimes that means helping a field understand its changing landscape and develop a strategy for what comes next. Other times, it means designing an immersive experience that allows a team, community, or individual to slow down, encounter something differently, and access insight that wasn’t available before.

Whatever the context, I bring together strategic rigor, relational intelligence, intuition, and deep listening. I help people see more clearly, reconnect to their own and one another’s wisdom, and translate what emerges into greater agency, meaningful action, and new possibility.

Change happens both through the systems we shape and the ways we gather. My work moves between the two.
